			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We had an incredible conversation and behind the scenes tour with Assistant Master Distiller Denny Potter who spoke about how they recycled the waste from the distilling process.  In the clip below he talks about the how Maker&#8217;s is currently saving $1,000 a day by using the methane produced from the Aerobic digester to replace natural gas!  Coincidentally, the gas company called on the day of our visit, extremely concerned about their huge loss in revenue!</p>
